Slip Pricing:

20' slip: $143 / month

24' slip: $171 / month

26' slip: $186 / month

28' slip: $200 / month

40' slip: $289 / month


Water and electricity are included in all of the slip prices and dock boxes are located on each dock. Our lease agreement is on a month to month basis.



**Gas Discount**
Every tenant will receive a 5% discount on each and every gas purchase at our gas dock.





As well as renting out boat slips monthly, they can be rented out daily for $10/night. You can either call our office to reserve a slip or fill out a rental form below and someone will get back to you with a confirmation as soon as possible.




**SPECIAL DEAL**

If you purchase 12 months of rent in advance, you will receive the 13th month free!
